Triathlon Program

Our Lissome Triathlon program is a great way to get involved in triathlon community and start your training for your very first triathlon or the next triathlon on your bucket list.

Lissome's program is interactive with scheduled coached sessions and recommended sessions happening every week! 

We have a scheduled run, windtrainer/ride and brick session each week. Other sessions will be placed within the Lissome Triathlon Group allowing everyone to train at their own discretion and organise times and places with friends. 

Socialising is always part of every triathlon program - we will schedule regular social events to keep our training in check and make sure everyone is having a great time!
